firsts

there have been a lot of first around here this month...here are a few of the highlights!

first time riding like a big girl in the shopping cart (target of course!)

sitting completely unassisted...and NOT falling on her face! (yep, she is proud of herself!) first sleep on her stomach...and actually liking it.

her outdoor swing is a HUGE hit. we can put her in it so she faces in the kitchen/dining room or facing out into the yard. so, she can watch me in the house, or watch the weens run around the yard. fabulous entertainment.

first forward facing stroller rides...i hate it...SHE LOVES IT!!

first festive socks (thanks auntie erica and uncle chris for the adorable candy corn sockies!)

first birthday party...yes, we celebrated her 6 month birthday with dinner at our house!

thanks family for helping us celebrate her half birthday...first of many to come!! AND, thanks for the cute gifts :)
