goodbye 2009

dear 2009, wow, you have come and gone faster than i had imagined. a little too fast for my taste. and even though you gave us our fair share of battles you also blessed us with many things; the marriage of several dear friends, healthy babies to friends and family members, wonderful visits with family, the strengthening of friendships and the most magnificent gift of all, our sweet healthy bebe girl.

for that, 2010 has some mighty big shoes to fill.

i do not doubt that 2010 holds great things in store for us, but the many wonderful firsts that happened in 2009 may be hard to top! so, cheers to you, 2009.

thanks for the memories.
