buds. (caught with the camera phone.)

the scene: bubba wakes up from afternoon nap. madi: buuuuuuba! runs into the bedroom, stares at him and smiles. he smiles HUGE in return. then she says, i take it! i take it! i ask her, you want to hold bubba? she replies, ok. YES. i take it! so i tell her to go sit on the couch. sit him next to her and THIS happens!

after about 5 minutes i tried to move him.

BAD idea. she wanted to sit by him! hold his hand and tell him a 5 minute long story that included the word chicken about 2 dozen times. she cracks me up.

it's been a challenging few months. we have been really sick for months. but moments like this...really, make it worth every second that is a hard.

they are buds. and they are freaking awesome.
