Pack 'n Clutter
pack 'n plays are GREAT!
until your kid is too big to sleep in one.
then they become a big storage space for you to throw in misc. junk like clothes you don't want to put away, extra bags and purses that you don't want to put away, shoes that you don't want to put away, baby gifts that you need to give away but don't want to put away, shopping bags that you don't want to put away, clean and folded laundry that you don't want to put away.
before you know it, that darn pack 'n play is almost filled to the rim with all your junk.
all because:
a. you were too lazy to breakdown and put away the pack 'n play over 6 months ago
and
b. you really suck right now at putting things where they belong.

that's funny, i have started doing the same thing. only i do it with her crib, since she's still sleeping in her pack and play bassinet, she's not using her crib yet. it's full of her clothes :)
Joshua's bassinet has my clothes draped over it, and his pack n play at work is now mostly empty with just a few of his toys :( I miss him being there in it!!
Thanks for the word of caution. I am the worst with putting stuff away! I'm sure the pack n play will be a tempting place to toss everything! Maybe we'll just keep it in the trailer for camping trips :o).
