Today Steven and 3 of his co-workers/friends, competed in the San Diego Mud Run. This is the World Famous Mud Run! The Mud Run is a challenging 10K run with hills, river crossings, two 5-foot walls with mud on both sides, tunnel crawl, slippery hill climb, and the final 30-foot mud pit.
Congrats to Steven, Paul, Donovan & Matt for competing in this challenge, completing it and surviving! I am very proud of you boys!!
Yes. The shirts were all white before the beginning of this event :) Boys, have fun clearing your bodies of all the dirt over the next few days!!
