the beaters would make any girl happy

madi has been sick the past couple of days. i hate when she is sick. not because of what it means for me but because i can't just kiss it and make it better! we've spent tons of time lounging, watching her favorite shows, staying up really late, snuggling, taking numerous baths a day and chillin' quietly outside watching the cars and birds. but today when she woke up from her afternoon nap she was a sweaty mess and i can't blame her for waking up so mad. so, we had some milk and then had to do something fun.

BAKE!

madi is such a great helper in the kitchen! she got to lick the beaters...both of 'em! yep. that's my girl. double fisted and loving every single second. you tell me. doesn't licking the beaters just make your day?! (well for me...leaving a few spoonfuls of dough in the bowl is what makes me smile!)

--note, this is the first time she has been in her bumbo in probably 3 or 4 months...and she actually fits a little bit better, still quite tight, but she fits. made me laugh so hard. it's been in the garage in storage, but today i pulled it back out. SUCCESS! now she can really get in on the kitchen action.
