she's making up her own rules!

so...steady contractions have been happening since noon. they are now 3-5 minutes apart. we went into the doctor. 1/2 a cm more dialated...but that's it! the contractions are not doing their job...crappy contractions! so, i am now past 36 hrs of labor...what gives!! at least i get to go through this in my own house...being stuck in a hospital would totally bum me out for sure. so, madi, already, has a mind of her own. not sure why we are surprised about this one bit!! basically, my new instructions are to wait until the contractions are less than 2 minutes apart. (if you can imagine...my house is even cleaner than it was before...i had to do something inbetween those damn contractions to keep my mind going!)
