hi there! my name is madi and here is the beginning of my story! (aren't you jealous of my rad hair!!) 
here i am! april 14th, 4:48am, 8lbs 5oz and 18.5 in! yes...i have a big head and broad shoulders...my mom will agree!
this is me and my mom. this is the 2nd time i got to meet her...after she got all doctored up! so far, i like her, she went through a lot for me! when i first saw my mom, i opened up my eyes REALLY big so i could see her.
this is my dad. he has changed almost all of my diapers so far...and he is a PRO! i am already a daddy's girl!! he takes such good care of me and my mommy.
in this picture we are getting ready to leave the hospital. we had the BEST nurses and doctors, but we were happy to be going home! (my mom will miss the tater tots and peanut butter cookies from the cafeteria though!!)
this is me on the way home from the hospital. i felt teeny tiny in my car seat, but i slept all the way home (a whole 10 minutes!) of course, more pictures and details to come...just had to share a few shots of our precious chunky monkey! she is a doll and we couldn't be more thrilled about it all!!
